My old friend Trey called yesterday and invited us to dinner with him and his girlfriend last night. Trey's been cooking in restaurants for a while now and he's picked up a few things along the way. Needless to say, dinner was excellent. After dinner we hung out and caught up on old times. It was a nice change of pace for us on a Monday night and it was nice to get together with the two of them and hang out.
Other than that, it was a pretty uneventful day. I've been playing Super Mario Galaxy some again and I've finally reached the point of being able to beat the game. I've got my 60 stars and the final boss fight has been opened up. We'll see how it goes, but maybe I'll be able to beat it this afternoon. After that, I really want to play No More Heroes. I'm hoping I can move through it quick enough to be done with it by the time Rock Band 2 hits in the middle of September.
Yesterday's post was long and today's is short. You never know what you're going to get when you come here. I hope you all have a good Tuesday.
