Well for all the hype, yesterday was pretty normal. I guess that's just a testament to how prepared we were. It's good, but it was actually a little bit of a let down. That probably doesn't make any sense at all, but anyway.
DeAnne's talked about it already on her blog and I've mentioned it a time or two here, but we're pretty obsessed with Rummikub right now. DeAnne loves puzzle type things and Rummikub runs right up that alley. I guess for me, it appeals to the programmer side of me in that it uses numbers and you have to come up with a series of steps in order to do something. We've had a lot of fun playing it and have played it most every night for the last couple of weeks. It's become our new "thing" for the moment and it couldn't have come at a better time since most of the shows we watch on TV are on reruns for the summer right now.
