Here We Go Again

And just like that we're back to Monday. It was a whirlwind weekend, but it was good. We didn't get to see Prince Caspian, but that's ok. We'll see it soon enough.

Friday night we went over to Dad's and ate with them and got to see my Grandmother. She's doing good and I was glad to see her. We just ate pizza and watched a little TV and then we came home and went to bed.

Saturday was DeAnne's Grandmother's wedding. The wedding was at 10:30 and it was just a small group of family that went to it. It was really sweet and all the women cried and it was just a nice little wedding. After that, DeAnne's Mom had set up a reception at her house so we headed back there. Sally really went all out and had the house looking really nice. The food was good, which is always a plus at these things and they had my favorite green punch. We hung out there the rest of the day and on into the evening. It was a really good day. Everything went well and was nice and I think everyone involved was really happy.

All in all, it was a good weekend. We spent some more time with my Grandmother yesterday afternoon and the children had their spring performance at church last night. All good stuff. Wednesday marks the release of Wii Fit. DeAnne and I are both getting pretty excited. I just hope Wal-Mart actually has a copy on Wednesday. Anyway, have a good Monday.
